Web Catalog upgrade from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.9 fails

Hi Experts,

I have recently installed OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 version and then upgraded to 9.16v by applying the patch.

My catalog is on 11.1.1.6.11v and when I try to upgrade my catalog thru the instance config file upgradeandexit tag, it fails.

The presentation services do not start up and when I check sawlog file I see the message as

Error initializing/loading existing Catalog: \BICatalog .Path not found (Could not read securityversion record

Can anyone provide some pointers on how to resolve this?
