adding email recipient

How do i add email recipient while creating agent.
I am not able to see the add email recipient button on the page.
PFB screenhot, where only "Add recipient" and "Remove" button is available, but "Add email recipient" is not visible.
How do i come out of it?

HI @vai, this is probably because under the General tab, your agent is set to run as Recipient. Change this to run as a specified user and you should get that option in the Recipients tab.
if you set it to run as recipient and the recipient is just an email address then OBIEE has no clue what to do so the option is disabled.

In general tab the agent set to run as specified user, but still i am facing the same problem.

Try selecting "Use Agent Owner's Credentials"
