Optional selection of multiple phone numbers for the receipt of SMS notifications
Use Case and Business Need
Ability to send notification to a user who is not a Cloud Administrator nor a Service Administrator. This will cover periods of absence and global working hours. This is necessary in a large Organization where administrators are limited in number and stringent qualification applied.It can be detremental with 24x7 working to encounter a delay with critical outages.

Currently only one phone number is allowed for Administrators only.
