Description
Cloud Administrator and Service Administrators have the capability to create / modify/ delete emails for distribution lists. Members of the distribution list need not be Administrators /Users of OAC.
Use Case and Business Need
Large organizations desire the capability to inform a range of users of events where some of those users need not be Administrators . The security group are independent of the Business users and would want to be aware of certain events that impact the service but they need not be users of the service.
More details
Currently there is no option to use a Distribution list as a recipient of notifications .
