Enabling the Cloud infolets to call out data from data models in OBIEE.
Use Case and Business Need
OBIEE analysis does not always output analyzes comprising of dimensions from multiple subject areas.
Compare to analysis, data modelling is a superior tool to create reports built on dimensions selected from many different subject areas. Typically for the purpose to generate metrics that are company specific.
Therefore we will be able to leverage infolets to display more company specific metrics if data can be output from data models to the infolets.
