Let OAC read the Time Zone preference from IDCS

Description
Suggestion: Load the Time Zone user preference for dashboards and for BI-Publisher reports, using the Time Zone defined for the user at IDCS.
Context:
We have an on-premise Oracle DB, connected through Linux RDG server to OAC. At the moment of writing this idea, v5.5.
We generate CSV files containing AD groups and users, exporting them from our AD.
We upload these user & group files onto IDCS.
We have configured authentication and authorization using IDCS, and mostly, OAC user properties get loaded from IDCS.
Classic BI has two Preferences, visible at wo different tabs:
"My Account > Preferences" and
"My Account > BI-Publisher Preferences"
Both these tabs contain a "Time Zone" field.
I expected this field to be defined by the time-zone I uploaded into IDCS. But this data did not synchronize.
Hence this suggestion:
Please load the OAC time-zone user preference for both analyses and bi-publisher reports from the data defined in IDCS.
Thanks,
Marcelo Finkielsztein
Use Case and Business Need
administrator uploads CSV files for USERS & GROUPS, into the IDCS console.
These csv files contain time-zone as one of the properties.
Other properties (first name, last name, membership to groups, etc) ARE effectively loaded, from IDCS into OAC.
TIME-ZONE is missing. All users got assigned the default time-zone.
Expect Result: time-zone is loaded into OAC, matching the time-zone specified in the CSV file.
Actual result: users get the default time-zone, defined in OAC>Console>Settings
More details
User and group data flows from IDCS to OAC.
Time zone is one of the properties in IDCS, but is missing in OAC.
IMHO, this can be improved.
Thanks.
