A permanent URL link to Data Visualization project

Description

Currently when a Catalog folder containing Data Visualizations projects gets renamed all the direct links to projects are changed.

Use Case and Business Need

Some user access Data Visualization project directly with URL links or links are displayed on a company intranet. There should be a way to get an permanent link to Data Visualization project so that if folder name is changed that links doesn't broke. This should also cover cases if an OAC instance is regenerated.

More details

When an OAC catalog folder gets renamed, all the direct links to Data Visualizaton projects broke. Users ask why their links don't work. These are normally users who use OAC just to view one or two projects.

There should be a way to get a permanent link to Data Visualization project

This idea would definitely help as most companies/organizations change or evolve in time. The report/folder name created a year ago may not be relevant this year due to organizational changes. The URL of the report should not depend on the name of the report. This would give users the flexibility of changing the report name depending on the business need without having to worry about breaking the URL and the amount of work that needs to be done to fix it.
