User unable to login to Analytics

Hi,
One of the user unable to login the analytics. OBIEE is integrated with corporate AD/LDAP hence the user information not available in WebLogic.
The same user is able to logn to Test instance of OBIEE analytics url. Can you guide where to check for the cause ?

If Weblogic is integrated with AD/LDAP as provider then you should be able to see Default and AD users in WEBLOGIC console ---> security realm ------->my realm ---> users.
Issue is user specific or for all the users in that environment.?

Issue is user specific.

May be the issue is with GUID of that user. Try refreshing GUID's but this process needs restart of BI components/services.

GUIDs refresh is the way to go
