What I suggested was to re-install the app with the latest jdk available. If you already tried that and failed, then you could open a support ticket with Oracle (if you have purchased the paid support)

Update :
As suggested by Oracle ,Removed all the older Java Version and kept only supported version while doing the upgrade and it worked fine.
