Hi all
I am getting following error in IE11 while running a dashboard in OBIEE 12c. The charts won't open. It works fine in Chrome or Firefox.
Any suggestion ?

That's the ugliest 11g-skinned 12c I have ever seen.
Make sure you are precise about the version you're running and that you have an Internet Explorer version which is supported.
IE is always the biggest issue since it's just an extremely bad browser.

@ArijitC I seriously counsel you to take that down immediately. You are not allowed to post MOS content outside of MOS. Oracle support is for paying customers and this is a public, free forum!
Hi ,I have not seen this error before but just few guess. Might not work anyway
Guess 1 Could be just browse working normal mode. try enterprise mode
1)Clear cache etc
2)Tools--> Enterprise Mode
Guess 2 Flash may cause issues in browser for charts. Try HTML5 for browser charts instead of flash
1) edit instanceconfig.xml
2) use below tag
<Charts>
<DefaultWebImageType>html5</DefaultWebImageType>
</Charts>
3) restart bi services
4) restart browser

Thanks efocal, tried everything you listed (as well Oracle recommendation for this bug). These workarounds are not fixing the issue.
Hi Arjit , That's tough situation then. Did you check if objects on the dashboard are not corrupted . ? Look for any particular analysis or other object which is causing the trouble and try recreating them.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
