OBIEE 12c delete logs from Console or EM

Hi,
I uploaded a RPD to our OBIEE 12.2.1.2 instance and restarted the BI services. However, the BI Services didn't come up. All 5 of them are down. I looked at the logs that's available in EM, but it's not useful. We tried SSH into the server, but getting "server unexpectedly closed network connection" error. I suspect the OBIEE server is out of space. Does anyone know if it's possible to delete logs/tmp files from Weblogic Console or Enterprise Manager? I'm hoping by freeing some a little space, we can SSH into the server to look in more detail.

I suggest you start by cleaning things which aren't directly tied to the - literally - beating heart of the application architecture. And if you have to let it be things not essential for survival. Physical OBIS cache files for example. If you use those extensively that might be some GB easily gained.

This issue I experienced was not related to space, but to memory/paging file and probably only specific to 12.21.2. on AIX. When this issue occurs, the paging file is being used heavily, even on a DEV system with no one using it. It prevented us from Puttying into the system to bounce OBIEE. The trick I used is to log into Enterprise Manager, shutdown the managed server, and that frees up some memory. Then I was able Putty into the system and bounce OBIEE.
Why this issue is occurring, it's on Oracle Support's plate to figure out now. Possibly another defect.
