I can't add report forms to favorite

I add one report forms to favorite use administrator,for example:

but when logout,then relogin,the favorite is empty,If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.

What is your OBIEE 12c Version?

It looks like you are hitting a known issue, please refer to below mentioned document.
