Logon failed returned when loging in RPD in Online mode

After we migrated catalog from one environment to another, We are then unable to log into the repository in an online mode. We have refreshed GUIDs but WebLogic will only log in console, EM and Answers. What could be causing this? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

ok, can you also make sure that your ODBC DSN has the correct information to connect to instance 2 and you are able make a successful connection.

Are you able to login into Analytics page? Are you able to login EM and Console?

If you are not able to login analytics page also, Please check the boot.properties file which is located in $MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/AdminServers/security and edit the boot.properties file..

Just remove the encrypted format and provide user name and password. Hope this will work.

I am able to login into Analytics page, EM as well as Console with no issues. There only place I can't login to is The RPD in online mode of course.

This issue has been resolved. There was a change in a security feature. A developer mistakenly deleted the administrative policy. The policy contains the following permission which is required for online RPD access: See attached screen shot.
