User unable to save any report in her own folder and she has full access(OBIEE 11g).
Error message:
Is any specific Application Role or Catalog Group has been denied permission on folder Untitled?
If yes then is the issue facing user part of such Application Role or Catalog Group?
No only 1 particular user not able to save any report on shared folder even though if she has full permissions.
If it isn't an issue for you then could you post screenshot of Permission Screen of folder "Untitled" and also screenshot of "My Account"-->"Roles and Catalog Groups" assigned to issue facing user.
I canot provide the details.

Yes correct
Try Giving Catalog level permission to the user.
Login with Admin user(weblogic) to Analytics. Open Catalog in Admin View. Select the user folder( Catalog Root --> User folders -->select respective user folder) and give granted permission to the user folder.

Do you see GUID errors for the particular user in sawlog?
We faced the same issue with one of our user. Followed the steps mentioned in Doc ID 1399996.1 and it resolved the issue.
