OBIEE SHEDULER ISSUE

Hi All,

I'm facing issue with OBIEE BI Scheduler component.

It's  up but ibots didn't run.

When i'm checking the log files below the message

'[nQSError: 77030] Oracle BI Presentation Server Connection Error: Unexpected end of file encountered.

4 bytes were requested and 1 bytes were read'

Can somebody help please?

    What is your OBIEE version 10g/11g/12c?

    Found below document related to OBIEE 10g for similar issues discussed in the document:
