11g Agents

Hi everyone,
Just a general question. Has anyone implemented the ability to see the recipients list in the email that gets sent from an agent? What i mean is, if you got an email from an agent, you should be able to see who else got the same email you did. Has anyone done anything like this?
Theres no way to prove who got the email delivered and who didnt unless we hear from a user saying they never got it.

That's basically just the setting in EM telling the scheduler to send it to the "To" instead of "Bcc"

Just keep in mind a detail: this will not prevent your users to tell you "I never got it", because you can't know if the SMTP server had an issue, but of course you can at least show that in theory you did everything right and the problem is somewhere else

Well hopefully the SMTP server isn't completly daft and keeps logs. Changing everyhting to "To" isn't the nicest thing to do so I'd hit the SMTP server first for that kind of info. But then again...probably not posiible which is why he asked to change destination.

In our company we solved this problem by providing our own SMTP-server and by creating a new senders E-Mail address.
Then in MS Outlook we added this new E-Mail address / profile so you always get a message, if the recipient has not received an E-Mail created by an agent.
