OBIEE IS TAKING TOO LONG TO SIGN IN

Question

OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 is taking very long to sign in even after putting in the right username and password.It takes about 5mins to sign in and sometimes it displays the error"Invalid username and password,contact your system administrator".I am using the weblogic username and password and this works for enterprise manager and console but it takes very long to sign in for analytics and the rpd.Please this is very urgent.

Hi ,

Please check nqserver/nqquery log ,it may be the init blocks which is taking time and causing the slow login

Also such issues are very common can easily be tracked down and resolved with help of logs.

Do you have any external auth enabled?  LDAP, AD, etc?
