Can you confirm if Oracle_Home is set properly?
Go to below location '/oracle/MiddlewareHome//instances/instances1/config/OPMN/opmn' and open instance.properties file.
You should find an entry like this :
oracleHome=/home/oraclebi/MW_HOME/Oracle_BI1
Untill unless someone has not messed with this file,it should be fine.
