Scheduling Agent generates corrupted file?

Hi, one of our user keep facing the issue of having corrupted file (highlighted in the attached screenshot) when the agent did not run successfully (sometimes during the weekend when system is down). See below for example. Have anyone else encountered this before? Anyways to fix?

    What version of OBIEE you are facing this issue, is it OBIEE 11g? if yes then what version(along with patch level) 11.1.1.7.x or 11.1.1.9.x
