Visual Analyzer error 500 when displaying table columns

Hi i'm having some troubles when creating visual analyzer projects. I could load a repository from my Oracle Database, but when i select it in va and want to display the columns of a table i get this error:

I search de browser console and it says this:

OBIEE is running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.3 (Maipo)

Can you help me? Thanks in advance...

    What is the version of OBIEE application? Is it 12.2.1.0.X , 12.2.1.1.X or 12.2.1.2.X?

    Did you check your bi_server1.log and bi_server1-diagnostics.log for errors reported when said issue is face in VA?

    Log Location : <ORACLE HOME>\user_projects\domains\<DOMAIN NAME>\servers\bi_server1
