Obiee Version: 12.2.1.2.0

We are facing weird issue where when performing drill down operation on any column value , BI Server is getting crashed.

Since the error showed it was related to network , i tried to check the connectivity of BI Server port to the server by telnetting it.

After 30 secs of showing connected, it threw an error as connection terminated by network show below.

I reported this to network team to which i got response as its a default behavior and the error came because it didn't get any response for 30 sec.

Also that there is no firewall in the server.

Now, my concern is , is this related to network which i showed above or this could be something else.

Any pointers would be helpful  !!
