Folder Not Display Problem

When upgrading from Oracle BI version 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9, we could not view the folders in the catalog in BI Publisher. Is the cause of the problem? Could you help? Thank you.

After upgrade runs a 'Scan and Update Catalog Objects That Require Updates' from Administrator.

Although I did 'Scan and Update Catalog Objects That Require Updates', the problem persists :S
