Is Informatica 9.x supported with obiee 12c?

Informatica is an ETL tool. OBIEE is an analytical platform.
Both tools have ZERO interdependencies in terms of software compatibility.
Christian gave you the answer (you are asking something which doesn't make sense as OBIEE and Informatica will never interact one with the other).
If you actually mean if your OBIA 7.9.something using Informatica 9 can be deployed on OBIEE 12c then you just need to look at the certification matrix. And the answer is yes as you can upgrade the OBIEE part to deploy it on OBIEE 12c. The certification matrix gives all the answers.

Just in case you are using BIAPPS 7.9.6.4(latest and only supported 7.9.x release by oracle) and forgot to mention the same, for same you needed to check Oracle DB 12c certification then here is the document which covers the same.

But if your query is only specific to Informatica(standalone) + Oracle DB 12c then you have to check with Informatica on same as pointed by Christian.
