Report w/Parent Child Hierarchy not filtering

OBIEE 12c

I have created a parent child hierarchy table using wizard in the RPD. The hierarchy is an organizational hierarchy that shows an employee and their direct and indirect reports. The structure is similar to the following:

Title                           Employee Name     Employee No

CEO                          James                     100

Vice President         Sally                       101

Director                 Greg                       102

Manager              Andy                       103

I can view and expand the hierarchy without any problems however I am unable to filter the report with any of the columns shown above. Any time I apply a filter the result set returns no records. Please advise

Did you find a solution for this. I too have same issue filtering PCH.
