How to extract the last word in a sentence string in OBIEE ?

Lets say i have a character string, "This is a good day" and i need to extract the last word of the string and convert it to something else.
How can i do that using OBIEE functions ?

Funny enough google has two similar answers as first hits and both work in Excel as well as OBI with the usual string manipulation functions:
