The log is nicely telling you the next step ....

Seems quite explicit with 2 logs to check for a reason on why it didn't start ...

i started the services and still had issues, this is why I posted

You are missing the point !
The message tell you explicitly where to find some useful informations, so look there.
Nobody has a crystal ball to imagine what kind of messages you have in your log files, so open the logs and read the messages there. If they aren't explicit enough you will have at least some useful information to post back here.

Hi,
Let me use my crystal ball and guess it from the similar issue I faced. If you open your nodemanager.properties You might be missing the following lines ( as shown in the red arrow). Add them back and restart the services . It should be working

Honestly you are optimistic ...
I could list you many other reasons why the weblogic admin server doesn't start. Many being old reasons strictly weblogic and without any link with OBIEE itself or keystores.
So I suggest the OP look at the log first before to edit config files randomly (not saying it didn't fix the issue for you Venkat, but it's a bit like those taking the tuning guide and applying all the things with no reason at all).
And honestly it takes 30 seconds to look into the log file of the weblogic admin server, so the OP can definitely do it (or maybe ask a colleague knowing the tool to take care of it, I hope there are some at Oracle ).

I am sure after your replies he will be busy searching for logs. After going through logs and didn't understand what to do ( Mostly Node manager logs when SSL implemented are vague). At that time may be my 2 cents will help him ( Some times you need thatOptimism )
Thanks

The alternative was to post him this: and and also remember him there is an internal Oracle rule which says employees aren't supposed to ask questions on public forums.
But it's just the same if he would open a SR: they will ask him the logs.
I have no problem with somebody posting pieces of logs looking for a solution, but I expect people to at least make a minimal effort in getting to the solution (like opening the logs and look inside).

Ok. I am running out from here. Thanks Ginanni for helping everyone in the OBIEE forum.
Thanks
