Has anyone implemented OBIEE 12c on Microsoft Azure

Can you please throw some light on installation of

1. OBIEE 12c on Microsoft Azure environment

2. It can be installed in

2. What about the licensing cost and other information

3. do we have any known issues

Customer wants to move to Micorosft Azure and there is a comparison to Power BI. We are trying to establish a credible statement on behalf of OBIEE.
