Admin Tool OBIEE 11g 64 bits Win 7, Get Runtime Error Visual C++...

Question

Hello

When executing OBIEE Desktop 64 bits on a Win 7 machine can't open Admin Tool , get Error  "Runtime Error! Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library......"

I tried installing changing the Compatibility of the installer to Windows 5 (Default is Windows XP) , then when i run the installer it does nothing

When i install OBIEE Desktop 32 bits  it works

Any ideas about how to make this work ?

Insetad of

"However, should not this work with OBIEE 75 bits if it is Win 64 , and the OBIEE installed in the server is  64 bits too?"

It should say

"However, should not this work with OBIEE 64 bits if it is Win 64 , and the OBIEE installed in the server is  64 bits too?"

Where did you find the other 11 bits? Is that a secret upgrade package?

I have Windows 7 , 64 bits

Also , when I install OBIEE Desktop 32 bits  (in this Win 64 ) the Admin Tool opens, but it can't connect to the Server when try to open the  RPD in online mode , I'll check if that is  a different isssue

However, should not this work with OBIEE 75 bits if it is Win 64 , and the OBIEE installed in the server is  64 bits too?
