Problems with login

Question

Hi,

I am having  problem when I try to login into OBI , sometimes I need to enter my credentials  10 or 20 times to login,

or I have to restart the browser. but that is not always a solution sometimes even after restarting the browser same problem occurs.

Please help...

It when i click on link you gave me it says Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.

I am new in this forum so please tell me if  I need to do something to see the content of the link.

You're basically saying nothing. No version. No platform. No log reference.

You don't really give much information. Have you looked at the logs to see what's going on? With what you said, the most I can tell you is to take a look at this.
