Agent Dashboard Page-Grand totals Wrong

Question

Hello I have created an agent for Dashboard page  to send an email. Everything is fine  but the grand totals are not right in the file that got emailed through agent.Is there any way we can see the Agent SQL log that generated?

Also this issue is intermittent. It is getting wrong total for the first time. Re-running the agent after 10 min. The issue does not persist.

It could be one of many things but most likely, it seems to be something with your model I'm guessing.

The screenshot you supplied doesn't show the incorrect grand total. Additionally, could you supply a snapshot of the query log for this report?

Hello Joel,

The OBIEE version is 11.1.1.7.160119. Caching could not be an issue because the numbers are right but not the Grand Totals.

As well as Joel's suggestion of by-passing the cache I would also try using 'server complex aggregate' to calculate your totals if this does not do the 'trick' for you.
