how to add action link in the BI Report that will open the actual record for me

Hi,

I am trying to add a link in the report that would open the account record for me. I am trying to do that in the Oracle BI in Oracle Sales Cloud, but the solution Oracle Support provided to me is not working. They directed me to an FAQ where I have a path for the Action link, but it does not say where to enter the action link.

Also I am not sure if the link I build is correct.

Can someone guide me how to build such dynamic link to open the record directly from the report?
