Agent failed due to error

Question

Hi Everyone,

I am new to OBIEE. We have a system which was working fine recently one of our agent is failed when i try to run it manually i am getting following error. I am not able to understand it. Could you please let me know what need to be done. Strange thing is other 7-8 agents are running fine from same server.

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Authentication Failure.

Error Codes: IHVF6OM7:OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC

Yes, i see all the analysis are working and have no issue. When i download the entire Dashboard it will work but it take time.

Does the Analysis that your Agent runs work ok? When you run the Analysis, do you get any errors? How large (number of rows/columns) is this analysis?

This agent runs every day. But from few days it is not running. Other agents with same data source also delivered. We are using OBIEE  11.1.1.7.150120 on Windows server 2008 R2.

/shared/Agents/Daily SIK Call Reporting_test is a agent which runs and send the entire dashboard as attachment. let me know if you need more information.
