Can we able to see "My Folder" of other users from backend in OBIEE

1. Can we put Instance name and user name in delivery note by default for a agent?
If it is possible please let us know the process for the same.

2. Can we able to see "My Folder" of other users from backend.

    ad 1.) You dont have much customization options there. You can add it to the analysis which is being sent out.

    ad 2.) Only on the file system. Not through Catalog Manager nor the web interface.

    For your question 2, you can view user folders in offline mode in the Catalog Manager

    1. Can we put Instance name and user name in delivery note by default for a agent?

    Instance name: Modify Display name of sender (MAIL configurations) as per your need example: 'Analytics(DEV) Agents' / 'Server2 Agents' etc.

    User Name: As Christian said, you need to perform in agent sending analysis.

    2. Can we able to see "My Folder" of other users from backend.

    What do you want to do here ?

    there are two ways

    a) change user abc "My Folder" permission and assign your self(or admin role) in the permission.

    b) Do a impersonate as abc user and you will be able to see all his my folders.

    c) If you just wanted to see how many files/folder etc then access it from server.
