OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 HR payroll configuration issue

Hi Experts,

I am working on OBIA 11.1.1.10.2 HR analytics OOTB data load with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 as source and ODI 11.1.1.9.0 as ETL tool. After successfull completion of dataload, I analysed that HR Payroll reports are not showing up data. Before running the full load, I added the payroll balance to the balance group using the create table query provided in oracle BIACF document.

I raised SR with oracle support on this issue and they concluded that since there is no data in the PAY_RUN_BALANCES table of EBS, OBIA ETL mappings cannot fetch data into the ware house tables. But the Customers says its not Mandatory for them to configure EBS to get data into the PAY_RUN_BALANCES table. And its optional for Saudi Arabia Legislation.

Now my question is, How to fix this HR payroll issue if the client doesn't keep its data in the PAY_RUN_BALANCES EBS table? Is there any way where I can populate HR payroll OOTB reports?

Your help and suggestions will be of great help.

    Hi,

I believe, your client is using data in PAY_RUN_RESULTS and they are expecting the reports based on that. If that is the same, it's needs to be a pure customization which includes elements, input values, run results etc..,

Please check once with your clients on the same once.

We too implemented the same actually and we did customization.

    Thanks,
