I have requirement in my project that need to create a report based on 32 union sql.
Is OBIEE capability to handle 32 Union sql ?

Never reached 32 but once created one with 20 on 11g, so my suspicion is yes it can, and I have not seen any documented limits on number of unions.
a) That's not a "requirement", that's pasting a SQL for which the actual "requirement" has never been looked at
b) Have you tried it? Why ask rather than clicking it together and seeing whether it works? Takes about as long as write this post.
