OBIEE 12c Session Times Out Early

Hello Community,
I have an OBIEE 12c instance configured with single-sign on configured through EBS. The single-sign on works as expected and I can log into OBIEE through a link in EBS without issue.
The issue I am having occurs when the session sits without activity for about 10 minutes or so. If I navigate to another page in OBIEE, the following error message appears:
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLDriverConnectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC
State: 08004. Code: 10018. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the requested connection is refused.
(08004)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
(HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 13024. [nQSError: 13024] Successful completion of init block 'IMPERSONATION_FLAG' is required. (HY000)
At first I thought this may be due to the session timeout, but I checked instanceconfig.xml and the timeout is set to 240 minutes, so I don't think it's related to that configuration.
Would appreciate some thoughts regarding the matter so I can look in the right places.
Thanks!

Is your eBS session still active? Seems the eBS session timed-out already.

Yes! This was related to the EBS session time out.
Thanks!
