Hi Shashi,
For point 2, I meant to use the Chrome developer tools (ie hit ctrl+shift+i) and hit the "console" tab to see if there are any javascript errors preventing the page from loading.
It sounds pretty bizarre to me.
My only other suggestions would be to run a report and then check the diagnostics tab in Enterprise Manager for any error messages that seem relevant.A restart may also help. Is this a new install? Has this always happened or only just started? What version?

Have you already tried to simply recreate the analysis and the dashboard from scratch and clean? Takes maybe 10 minutes and then you can make a test without any legacy rubbish in the analysis or custom code in the dashbaord etc.
Be pragmatic

I have recreate the report from scratch but still same behavior, but one thing i noticed is that if i give row limit in Analyses then report will run fast (in table property set limit as 100 rows) otherwise it will run for longer time.

Ok.
Create a brand new analysis, add any field to the criteria.
Edit the formula of this field and replace what's there with 'This is a test'.
Hit "Results".What happens?

Check the table view / pivot view display limits in instanceconfig.xml
