Enabling Internal SSL
Follow steps presented on upgrade guide, I'm upgrading OBIEE from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.
If Internal SSL has been disable from the beginning, we don't have to do "Enabling Internal SSL" step in Post-Upgrade Tasks?

Is this a question or a statement? It isn't clear what your issue is. If you're asking whether internal SSL has to be enabled, it doesn't - it just makes your instance more secure. It can be enabled/disabled after your upgrade using the WLST scripts in the bitools/bin directory - https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/bi12214/biee/BIESC/GUID-B3F876BE-9344-4803-9B99-5A4C64F68D6C.htm#BIESC6423 .

Hello Masu,
We are also upgrading from OBIEE 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, but the steps are failing at pre-requisite checks only.
Request you to kindly share any step-by-step docs that you might have created for your environment.
Thanks in Advance.
