OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0-- Unable to start Services.

Hi, I have newly Installed OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 version on my DEV machine. Installation was successful. But after reboot my server(Windows 12) , when i am trying to START services I am getting below error message.

How can i Resolve this issue?

    Dear GSR,

    How are you starting the services?

    If you are using start.cmd directly, I would suggest you to paste the entire log so that we can see what all have started and what is failing.

    stop all OBIEE services and check the permissions on the cwallet.sso.lck file and make sure that the OBIEE OS user has full access to this file then restart OBIEE.
