Need fix on OBIEE side for below error..

You reference a MOS Doc which clearly states that this has nothing to do with OBI and all to do with your mail server.
Not sure what kind of answer you are expecting. We can't change the setup of your mail server - especially since you don't specify what your mail server is.
Talk to your mail server administrators!
Fix: Don't try to mail large datadumps from OBIEE, it's an analysis tool not a datadump utility
Or rather: Don't try to mail big datadumps at all
