I have a new requirement to add current or system date to dashboard /report (All extensions) while exporting to a local machine.
kindly advise how to archive this??

I would tell this user that he needs to alter the filename himself after download as it is impossible to do so with OBIEE and definitely not worth hacking your system for
And on the risk of repeating myself for the 100th time, @Pentyala Avinash , there is a reason Oracle has so many tools and options. BIP supports it and the custom print and export formats for OBI dashboards use...BI Publisher!

Though it is NOT Recommended, you can write a batch or some other script which will be executed post downloading the report/dashboard.
You will have to think in that direction, if this is what the user's requirement is (which cannot be changed... )...
