Customizing agent delivery content for dashboards

Hi, I know how to customize delivery content in a agent for a analysis, that is in the analysis the attribute/metric I want to customize has a prompted filter in the analysis (Is Prompted) and that solves everything. But when I have a dashboard this is not working as I though it would. any guidelines for me to know how to set up a Dashboard correctly to be able to be customized for an agent?

Currently using OBIEE 11.1.1.9
