obips1,obiccs1 and obis1 services are failed when starting services on windows server 2012.

When I am starting all the components of OBIEE 12C (12.1.1.3 I am getting bellow output, some components are not getting started could you please look into this, please

Dear 3063133,
Can you please start the components separately and check what error message you are getting?
Go to <Oracle_Home>\user_projects\domains\bi\bin\startNodemanager.cmd
If above step is success,
Go to <Oracle_Home>\user_projects\domains\bi\startWeblogic.cmd
Most probably you will get some relevant errors in this step and then you can debug.

Also, you need to check the specific logs to get the reason why these services were stopped.
