Conditional formating not works in waterfall reports

Dear Experts,

We are trying to  apply condition formatting in waterfall report 'when Amount is 0 then show all bars with yellow(any )color'. Report is created as Union report.

First/Increase/decrease/total bars are working fine and we need the same color as screenshot.

As soon,we apply conditional formatting, we get below error. Any suggestion please.
