OBIEE 12c: Image not showing in dashboard page after scheduling entire page in HTML format

Question

Hi all,

I have scheduled a dashboard page in HTML format as delivery content to email.

In dashboard level I am able to see image icon but after  receiving dashboard page to mail I am not able see image. It is showing cross mark icon. I have added that image in Obie shared folder not in server level

Below one is image syntax I used

Pls suggest is there any additional configuration require for showing same image in dashboard page for email.

can you please try using %% instead of % ....?
