Letter generation in OBIEE Analytics

Hello to whom it may concern!

We have two questions:

1. We are wondering if there is any way to use specifically OBIEE 12.3 analytics to perform a letter generation task for a bunch of customers, or are there any other tool that can be used to accomplish this task?

2. Could be a letter generated, delivered to an external server such as FTP?. We have seen that agents in OBIEE can deliver content by email or as an alert in OBIEE but we dont know about the possibility of deliverying a file into an external location?
