After upgrading Development analytics application from 10g to 11g, images are not coming.
Please check the attached screenshot.
Can you tell what exactly the reson causing this and how to fix the issue?

It is for 12c, but has very similar issues to what you are seeing. Hope it helps!

11g ends error correction at the end of this year, so I suspect you may not be on it long and using it as an intermediate to step to 12c on-premises or OAC|OAACIf that is the case, it wouldn't hurt for the migration
Not knowing your architecture and topology (HTTP Server, no HTTP Server, SSO, No-SSO, SSO type, etc.), it could be a guess. You can use browser developer tools to see where it is "looking" to find the images.
Test if it occurs with other includes styles
Do make sure you have applied the latest bundle patch for your 11.1.1.9 version

This can also result due to browser incompatibility.
Can you please try to check this on multiple browsers post checking and referring the certification matrix for your current version of OBIEE.
