Let me rephrase my question
Where can I download the usage Tracking RPD and catalog for OBIEE 11.1.1.9 version.
I can merge the downloaded RPD into my Master RPD and do display the reports.
You can't, that's why @Joel Acha already gave you the correct answer. You can configure it using the tutorial we gave you and then build analysis on top of it.
Have you looked in the <OBIEE_HOME>\instances\instance1\bifoundation\OracleBIServerComponent\coreapplication_obis1\sample\usagetracking directory (if my memory serves me correctly)?
you mean to say that RPD and Catalog for Usage tracking are not available as out of the box.

There is nothing like a custom RPD and Catalog for Usage Tracking.
When you configure OBIEE for Usage Tracking, these things are handled by OBIEE internally.
As already confirmed and suggested by Joel and others, you need to follow the steps and configure the Usage Tracking.

Apart from the fact that Joel gave you all the information already - there is always the SampleApp VMs to consider: OBIEE Samples
They contain Usage Tracking, but again you will actually have to do some work and thinking. No one can supply you with a "click this button and all is done automagically"-type answer.

You mean to say that there is no separate Usage Tracking RPD and Catalog.(I sure that I have downloaded the Usage Tracking RPD and Catalog from Oracle Site during the year of 2013 April and then this Usage Tracking RPD is merged with Master RPD and show the 10 plus out of the box reportts to the Users)
These Usage Tracking RPD and Catalog are part of the Sample App VMs.

They are contained in the SampleApp RPD and Catalog .. it's a snap to extract them from there and enhance. I've never seen anything OOTB from Oracle on it.
In my memory there is something which is stored inside your own OBIEE (either the path Joel mentioned or search inside the install folder).
Just not sure how complete it was (maybe only RPD), I doubt it's really like the one in SampleApp as that one is extended with data of the various scripts for links between objects, missing references etc.
Even if you don't find one to download and "click click click done" you can, as said by others, take the one from SampleApp: in 30 minutes the job is done, you merged the required objects in the RPD, deployed the catalog part and renamed to match your standards.
