Unable to setup a obiee DSN on windows to connect to Oracle Linux 7 based installation of OBIEE 12C

Hello All,
Since last couple of days i am stuck with one of the major (but of course for you all not big issue as i am new to this section) problem while setup of System DSN on my windows system.
Requirement::
I have installed OBIEE 12C version on my Oracle linux7 desktop at office work. Everything is working fine here and i am able to perform all task except the RPD part which can be done through the client tool only.
Now i have installed the OBIEE same version client installation on my windows laptop which is connected on same intranet in my office.
Problem::
Now while creating the DSN on my windows 10 machine, this is throwing error which i am not able to get rid off.
Attaching some of the related screenshot here for the same. I would be highly thankful if someone please help me out into this.
PS :: Here is my OBIEE LINUX based odbc.ini file entry which i created for this system DSN.

Dear User,
In screen 3, the port used is 9703. I think this has changed and you will have to use the correct port.
For me, 9514 worked. You can check the same in EM.
please use the port post checking in EM and then re-try.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I tried with 9514 port number also as BIServer is running on the same.
But still the same result.

Please check if these ports are not getting blocked by Firewall and are enabled.

Hello,
I tried that already. Created a new rule under windows firewall and allow port 9514. But still the same message i am getting.
As you wrote earlier 'For me, 9514 worked. You can check the same in EM.' so can you share any documents/step here for both locations (linux and windows) to complete this? I am new to this oracle linux system to this DSN part, so might be i am missing something there.
