all services and node manager is running still analytics is throwing 500 internal error in obi 11g

    First I was getting this error :

    Fatal error in node manager server

    java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind

    What I did:

    1> I checked in my windows machine which pid is using the default port of Node manager

    2> I killed the process

    3> Restarted the node manager by startNodeManager.cmd command

    From console I checked that Node manager is running since the log was forming but still analytics is throwing the same 500 internal server error.

    is it because of the LDAP account being locked ?-

    probably, yes but you need to restart the whole stack not just the node manager. Also, either you change the node manager port or you get rid of whatever it is that is conflicting with its port or change that to use another port.

    As mentioned previously, you need to resolve both issues...
